Stanley throws meat at Stella.
This shows that he is the master of the house.
The women laughed when Stella left because this happens all the time.
Blanch is dressed in all white, pearls, white gloves. She looks pure. She is nervous.
Blanch is going to die at the end - she lived in Belle Reve.
Blanch is surprised about where her sister lives because Stella lives in a dump apartment.
Blanch does not want to talk about home to Eunice because she does not know who she is.
Blanch talks so quickly because she is nervous. She is nervous because she has neve been there before.
Blanch always told Stell what to do when they were younger.
Stella is trying to make excuses for Stanley's crudeness when telling her he's Polish.
She loves him so much, he is controlling, sexual.
Stella left Belle Reve to make a living for herself.
The family in the plantation died. The plantation was lost because of financial problems.
Stanley is arrogant.
Stanly does suspect Blanche's liquor addiction, he says that some people barely touch it but they touch it often.
Blanch gets sick because he asks about her dead husband and that reminds her of how he dies.

Stella is beaten at home. Blanche stands naked behind the sheet on purpose because she wants attention. Stanley ceiling cracked because his upstairs neighbors were going at it.
